TREATMENT QUERIES
You can send your medical & treatment related queries to our email id for international patients at info@healthwayhospitals.com. We shall respond to you within 2 working days with the opinion of our specialist doctors. You can also place an appointment request for doctor consultation, health check-up or any investigation and we will help you get the appointment on the preferred date.
COST ESTIMATE & BILLING ENQUIRIES
Based on the line of treatment our team will help you with cost estimation for the an approximate length of stay in the hospital.
VISA DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANCE
Once your travel plan is finalized our team will assist you with an invitation letter to facilitate priority medical visa for the patient & attendant (if required). The invitation letter can be submitted to the embassy in your country.
Passport & Visa / PIO is to be produced by foreign nationals / NRI, failing which the admission of the patients may be delay or denied.
CLASS OF ACCOMMODATION
We have a lot of accommodation options for the patients from twin sharing to delux rooms.
BILLING AND PAYMENT
- You can make payment via Cash (INR), Credit/Debit Card & RTGS
- Maximum limit for cash deposit is Rs.1,99,999/-.
The charges will be updated every alternate day so it is easier for clearing the bills at short intervals.
